To ensure that you can enjoy the sun and the beach optimally, the owner has made a shade cloth available in these accommodations. In this manual, we explain how you can attach and use the cloth.
Step 1: Check the weather conditions.
Before attaching the shade cloth, it is important to check the weather conditions. It is not safe to use the cloth in strong winds. In that case, wait until the wind has died down or use the cloth on another day.
Step 2: Attach the cloth to the front of the terrace.
The shade cloth can be attached with carabiners. These hooks can be clicked onto the eyes on the front of the terrace. Make sure the hooks are firmly attached and the cloth is tightly stretched.
Step 3: Anchor the cloth on the beach side.
The other side of the cloth must be anchored with storm pegs. These pegs can be anchored diagonally in the sand in front of the cottage. Make sure the cloth is firmly attached and cannot blow away.
Step 4: Enjoy the shade.
Now that the cloth is firmly attached, you can enjoy the shade! Be careful not to sit too close to the cloth, as the hooks and pegs can be sharp.
Step 5: Remove the cloth after use.
When you are done using the shade cloth, it is important to put the cloth back completely and neatly. Remove the hooks and pegs from the sand and place them in the designated box. Fold the cloth neatly and also put it back in the box.
We wish you lots of fun and sun hours during your stay in one of these two beach houses!
