In My Reservation, you can view your booking details and specify who will stay at the accommodation. Use the link provided in the confirmation email to access “My Booking”.0
If you cannot find the email, enter the email address used during the booking process. You will receive an email with the access link. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a link, please contact us; our staff will check which email address is associated with the booking and link the correct email address, if necessary.
If you booked through booking.com, you can only use My Reservation after providing us with the correct email address via info@welcome.in or by phone at +31118 236 060. This is because booking.com encrypts data such as email addresses during the booking process to comply with GDPR guidelines.
